My favourite property in Milan. Well-run and good value hotel with a quiet ambience and knowledgeable staff at the reception desk and breakfast. Good and brilliant food. Handy location in Milan, next to public transport and several dining and shopping options nearby, a shoping center and nice restaurants and pizzeria. Friendly check-in, late check-out.

Good spot for a quick stay
The staff were super friendly and the double room was spacious. We loved the in-room breakfast. Tram station's right outside, made getting to the Duomo easy. Just a tip, make sure to buy the tram tickets beforehand or you might get fined.

The hotel room was very roomy with a large bathroom. It was clean and well kept in repair.
It would have been good to have some instructions on the website on how to get from the Bovisa station to the hotel. WIe arrived from Malpensa airport at the Bovisa station expecting that there might be a taxi stand. In the end, we had to call for a taxi. Without instructions and not knowing the language, this was a challenge. If I would have had some instructions prior to arrival, I would have been prepared.

Quiet, comfortable, Gave us a good nights sleep and a good breakfast. All you could ask really as no other meals are provided.
I booked the hotel because your web site advertised the fact that a shuttle bus was available for exhibitions at Fiera Milano City. It was not. Advice from the hotel staff was take a tram and "few minutes walk" from nearest stop. The walk was longer than expected and not appreciated when the day was to be spent walking around an exhibition. Taxi back was an extra cost.

The quadruple room offered a great ambiance, spotlessly clean, with friendly staff that enhanced the experience. Breakfast was adequate, embodying a typical European spread. Be prepared for some noise from nearby rooms. The hotel's location outside the city center can complicate airport access, particularly without a car.

Your staff wanted to reap me off by insisting that I watched pay TV which is false. It was very bad to charge for service not render or demanded.

Excellent location which was easy to find and a sensible distance from the Malpensa airport without a satnav or map. It is also within a short distance of the centre of Milan by car and a tram stop is just outside the hotel. Car parking is offerred for a charge though parking is easy on the street, just do what the Italians do. If you want quick access to Milan and the Autostrada in a quiter district of Milan then this is a definite must hotel to stay at. Check in and out was simple and pleasant and staff were all Italian. The bed is massive and bathroom spacious and well equiped as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The decor is fairly basic but you are not paying for the BS you get with other hotel chains such as Hilton. To be honest why pay Hilton prices when you can get everything you really need at this hotel and be in such a perfect location. The fairground exhibition area was a simple 8 minute drive away also, perfect. Strongly recommended.
Location, simplicity, price and everything above.

We loved visiting the San Siro stadium and the beautiful canals, both easily reachable by tram. The rooms were really spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good variety.
The only downside was that the service varied. One receptionist was quite rude, which left a bad impression, even though the rest of the staff were friendly.
